1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and p9999 ("p9999", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the p9999 website, mobile interface, games, sportsbook, and all related services (collectively, the "Platform"). By accessing the Platform, creating an account, or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not register an account or use any part of the p9999 Platform. Continued use of the Platform after any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Eligibility & Age Verification

• You have not been self-excluded or otherwise barred from gambling services.

p9999 reserves the right to request identity verification documents — including a valid CNIC or other government-issued identification — at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documentation may result in account suspension and forfeiture of any pending withdrawals pending resolution.

3. Account Registration

To access the full range of p9999 services, you must register a personal account. The following rules apply to account registration and maintenance:

• One Account Per Person. Each individual is permitted to hold only one p9999 account. The creation of multiple accounts, whether under the same identity or different identities, constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.
• Accurate Information. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your legal name, date of birth, Pakistani mobile number, and email address. Providing false information — particularly a false date of birth to circumvent the 18+ requirement — is a serious violation and will result in permanent account closure.
• Account Security. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. p9999 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your password secure. You must notify p9999 support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.
• Non-Transferability. p9999 accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or allow a third party to use your account under any circumstances.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the p9999 Platform are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following terms govern deposits and withdrawals:

• Deposits may be made via supported payment methods including JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and Bank Alfalah. The minimum deposit amount is Rs 200 unless otherwise specified in a promotional offer.
• p9999 does not accept deposits from payment methods belonging to third parties. You may only deposit using payment accounts registered in your own name. Any funds received from a third-party source may be returned and your account suspended pending investigation.
• Withdrawal requests are subject to completion of KYC verification. p9999 may request a valid CNIC copy before processing withdrawals above specified PKR thresholds. Processing times for withdrawals to JazzCash and Easypaisa are typically 1–24 hours following successful verification.
• p9999 reserves the right to delay or withhold any withdrawal pending investigation of suspected fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or Terms violations. If a violation is confirmed, p9999 may void winnings and close the account.
• Any applicable taxes on gambling winnings are the sole responsibility of the User in accordance with Pakistani tax law.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

p9999 may offer promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, deposit match offers, free spins, and loyalty rewards. The following general terms apply to all bonuses unless a specific promotion states otherwise:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible games, and minimum odds (for sports bonuses) are stated in the specific promotion terms available at the time of opt-in.
• Bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the stated wagering requirements have been fully satisfied.
• Live casino games typically contribute at a lower rate (commonly 10–20%) to wagering requirements compared to slots (commonly 100%). Table game contributions vary by title.
• p9999 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time. Bonuses may not be combined unless explicitly stated. Each promotional offer is limited to one per person, household, or IP address.
• Any attempt to abuse bonus terms — including the creation of multiple accounts for bonus purposes, structured betting to guarantee winnings, or exploitation of software errors — will result in bonus forfeiture and account closure.

6. Betting & Casino Rules

The following general rules apply to all betting and casino activity on the p9999 Platform:

• All bets and wagers are final once confirmed. p9999 does not accept requests to cancel, amend, or reverse a confirmed bet or wager except in circumstances of manifest error.
• In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or network interruption during a game round or sporting event, p9999 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the player's account.
• Winnings from bets placed with bonus funds are subject to the wagering conditions applicable to that bonus. Winnings from bets placed with real-money balance are withdrawable subject to standard KYC requirements.
• p9999 casino games use independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems. Stated RTP (Return to Player) percentages represent the theoretical long-run statistical return and do not guarantee any specific outcome in any individual session.
• p9999 reserves the right to limit bet sizes, restrict markets, or place individual account restrictions at its sole discretion, including in cases of suspected professional gambling, arbitrage, or systematic exploitation of pricing inefficiencies.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the p9999 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and potential legal action:

• Registering or using an account if you are under 18 years of age
• Creating multiple accounts to claim multiple bonuses or circumvent account restrictions
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform
• Colluding with other players in casino games or sports betting markets
• Match-fixing, insider betting, or placing bets based on non-public information
• Using the Platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity
• Chargebacks or reversal of legitimate deposit transactions without prior agreement from p9999
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, or interfere with any part of the Platform's software or infrastructure

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the p9999 Platform — including but not limited to software, game assets, graphics, logos, text, and data feeds — is the property of p9999 or its licensed third-party providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. No content from the Platform may be reproduced, distributed, modified, or used for commercial purposes without prior written consent from p9999.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, p9999 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to: gambling losses, technical failures, service interruptions, unauthorised account access, or reliance on any information published on the Platform. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind. p9999 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Platform at all times. You acknowledge that gambling involves inherent financial risk and that p9999 is not responsible for decisions you make while using the Platform.

10. Responsible Gaming

p9999 is committed to responsible gaming. We provide every registered user with access to the following tools from the account settings dashboard:

• Deposit Limits — Set daily, weekly, or monthly PKR deposit caps
• Loss Limits — Set a maximum loss threshold per session or time period
• Session Time Reminders — Receive alerts after extended playing sessions
• Cooling-Off Periods — Temporary account pauses from 24 hours to 4 weeks
• Self-Exclusion — Permanently or temporarily disable your p9999 account

11. Account Suspension & Closure

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or criminal activity
• Bonus abuse or exploitation of Platform errors
• Player self-exclusion request
• Regulatory requirement or direction from a competent authority

Upon account closure, any real-money balance (excluding bonus funds and wagering-requirement-bound winnings) will be returned to the player's verified payment method, subject to applicable KYC requirements being satisfied. p9999 shall retain records of closed accounts in accordance with its data retention policies and applicable law.

12. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming regulations and the laws of the jurisdiction in which p9999 holds its operating licence. p9999 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Your continued use of the Platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
